👤 Guest or account?

Registered account
- Your username remains linked to your account.
- You can log in with your account.
- Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot?” option on the login screen to reset it.

⌨️ Chat commands for everyone
These commands are available to regular chatters and registered users.

/nudge <naam> | Send a nudge to someone — their screen shakes briefly and they get a notification. The ultimate attention-grabber. |
/dobbelsteen | Roll a dice (1-6), just for fun. |
/8ball <vraag> | Ask a yes/no question to the magic 8ball. |
/munten | Check your coin balance (and claim the daily bonus). |
/gok <inzet> | Bet coins on the gambling game — you might win, you might not! |
🎛️ Extra features in the chat bar
Besides commands, the chat has useful buttons and features that you do not need to type.
- 🎧 number next to the player — shows live how many people are currently listening to the stream.
- ↓ button — appears when you have scrolled up and new messages arrive; click it to catch up.
- Emoji reactions — hover over a message and click “🙂+” to react without typing. Click the same emoji again to remove it. The station decides which emojis are available.
- @name — type @ followed by part of someone’s name and choose from the suggestions. If you are mentioned, it is highlighted, with a sound and a flashing tab title if you are not looking.
- Compacte modus — via Instellingen → Algemeen: minder ruimte tussen berichten, handig als je veel op het scherm wilt hebben.
- Color scheme — use the palette button (◐) next to the gear to choose a personal color scheme, only for your own screen.
- Right-click a name in the online list — opens a small menu with quick options like Mention and Nudge.
- Name suggestions with commands — type e.g.
/nudgefollowed by the first letters of a name, and a list of matching online names appears to choose from.
🔔 Push notifications
Turn on 🔔 Notifications at the top of the chat and you will receive a notification on your device when a DJ goes live — even if this page is not open.
📊 Polls
When a DJ starts a poll (for example “which song next?”), a voting box automatically appears above the messages. Click an option to vote — you immediately see the percentages update live.
🎵 Music request
You can quickly submit a request from the chat — using the command below, or more easily via the “🎵 Request a song” button above the chat. It opens a window with separate fields for artist, title and an optional message; no dash is needed.
With the command, always enter the artist first, then a - and then the title.
😀 Smilies
The chat supports smilies. The station can also provide custom smilies.
Use the smiley buttons/picker in the chat when available.
🎰 Coins & gambling
Just for fun, no real money: every chatter starts with 100 coins and can claim a daily bonus with /munten.
Bet coins with /gok <bet> — losing is always limited to what you actually bet.
📹 Webcam
This chat has an integrated webcam feature. When you activate your webcam, your webcam status may be shown with your online presence.
🖼️ Images
Depending on the station settings, it may be possible to post images in a chat message.
This feature is not automatically available to every user or station.
🛡️ Chat rules
Every radio chat can have its own rules. Use /regels in the chat to view the current rules of that station.
- Treat other chatters with respect.
- Use the chat for its intended purpose.
- Spam and disruptive behavior may be addressed by moderation.
- Respect instructions from DJs and moderators.
- The station’s specific rules take precedence.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can also chat as a guest. An account is mainly useful if you want your name linked to you and want to use your own profile/avatar.
Why do I get a welcome message from a bot?
The chat has a small, automatic welcome bot that greets new chatters and occasionally suggests a conversation topic when it has been quiet for a while. It is not a real person and does not require a reply.
How do I see who is online?
Gebruik /wie. Daarmee vraag je de huidige
online gebruikers op.
How do I set myself to AFK?
Gebruik bijvoorbeeld /afk koffie.
Met alleen /afk haal je de AFK-status weer weg.
How do I clear only my own screen?
Gebruik /clear. Dit verwijdert alleen de
berichten uit jouw eigen weergave; het verwijdert de
chatberichten niet voor andere gebruikers.
How do I submit a request?
Gebruik /verzoek artiest - titel.

What is the difference between guest and registered?
A guest can simply chat. With a registered account, your name stays linked to your account and you can use your own avatar, among other things.
Why does a feature not work?
Some features may be disabled by the station or available only to certain user roles. Try /help first and then check the chat rules if needed.
Which commands are for DJs?
DJ commands are deliberately not included in this user guide. They are only available when you are logged in with DJ privileges.
What does the 👑 crown next to someone’s name mean?
That is a moderator — a registered user who has received extra rights from an admin to help moderate. They are not a DJ, but can remove inappropriate messages just like a DJ.
I do not receive push notifications even though they are enabled
Check whether your browser allows notifications for this site (separate from the 🔔 button in the chat — your browser can still block them at a higher level). Also check whether your operating system has “do not disturb” or a similar mode enabled.
I do not see a poll even though one has started
Refresh the page manually if necessary — the voting box normally appears automatically within a few seconds above the messages when a DJ starts a poll.
How do I react to someone’s message with an emoji?
Hover over the message (or tap it on mobile), click the “🙂+” that appears, and choose an emoji. Clicking the same emoji again removes your reaction.
What happens if someone mentions me with @name?
Your name is highlighted in that message with a brief color flash so you notice it among the other chat messages. If you are not looking at the tab, you also hear a sound and the tab title flashes.
How do I thank the DJ for playing my request?
Once a request has been played, the DJ will often mention it in the chat. Click ❤️ underneath to say thanks — just like a normal emoji reaction.
